About

About Me

When I look at a data set, I see a universe of possibilities, like a little kid staring at a gift box. I love the idea of transforming a collection of raw data into meaningful, impactful, and accessible information.

That is why I have decided to use my mathematical background as an engineer and my analytical skills altogether with programming languages, and my passion for learning and solving problems, to explore this world made of data.

Here you can check the results of this exciting journey.

Client Satisfaction

Is it possible to know in advance if a client is satisfied?

That was the question Santander recently asked to find out beforehand whether or not a customer was satisfied. In this project, I use the given data to create a predictive model capable of indicate if the customer is happy or not with the bank.
